Sketch FEA is free to download and to use with its free features. Sketch FEA Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers.
Free and Sketch FEA Pro
Free
- Run and explore all 29 examples, in every analysis.
- Draw your own outline and holes in a bar of structural steel or aluminum 6061-T6, fixed at one end and loaded at the other, in static stress.
- Coarse and Medium meshes.
- Projects, files, units, and the help.
Sketch FEA Pro adds
- Every support and load: pins, rollers, symmetry, set displacements, forces and pressures, and probes.
- Every material, and your own materials.
- Heat, thermal stress, vibration, shaking, dynamics over time, buckling, and breakage.
- Plane strain and axisymmetric models, and loads on the whole part such as gravity, rotation, and a temperature change.
- Fine meshes for more detail.
- Edit the examples.
- Reports with the model settings and probe readings.
In the iPhone and iPad app
- Yearly: US$49.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
- Monthly: US$4.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial.
These are the prices in the United States. In other countries the App Store shows the price in your currency, and it may include taxes. Apple bills the subscription to your Apple Account, and free trials are for eligible new subscribers. Refunds for purchases in the app are handled by Apple, as the Refund Policy says.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time. Sketch FEA Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and your sketches still open and run after it ends. Cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current period ends.
