Sketch FEA Refund Policy

This policy covers Sketch FEA Pro, the subscription to the Sketch FEA app for iPhone and iPad and to the Sketch FEA web app. Sketch FEA is made by Omnis Dragon LLC, doing business as Journey On.

Bought on the web

Orders on our website are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle takes the payment and returns it when you get a refund.

14 days. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for Sketch FEA Pro, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
Free trials. You are not charged during a free trial. The 14 days start on the day of the first payment after the trial.
How to ask. Email support@journeyon.co from the address you bought with, or use the link in your order email to contact Paddle.
What happens next. The full payment goes back to the payment method you used, and the subscription ends.
Monthly renewals. Payments for later months are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop them.

To cancel without a refund, use the link in your order email or email us. Sketch FEA Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Bought in the iPhone and iPad app

Apple handles the payments and refunds of purchases in the app, and we cannot issue refunds for them. To ask Apple for a refund, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

To stop the next charge without a refund, cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current period ends. Sketch FEA Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that the law gives you, such as the right to withdraw from a purchase in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
